I just returned from a trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico in late June, where I visited with Andy Brown in Cerrillos. I bought this beautiful piece of turquoise from Andy, which he had mined in the Hatchita mountains in southern New Mexico & then cut and polished. I designed a necklace that mimicked the veins in the stone in the braided strands of silver.
