I am back from a trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico where I stayed with friends and visited a favorite small town named Cerrillos. There I buy local turquoise, mined, cut & polished by Andy Brown (pictured). He laid out an amazing collection of turquoise that he had mined from 4 different areas for me to choose from….my only problem was not buying all the stones! Now I will be making new jewelry from these stones. If you see a stone that you want a custom piece made with, please let me know quickly!
